Delete your Afterform account

You can delete your account directly in Afterform under Settings → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE before the request is submitted.

Request deletion outside the app

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your Afterform account. Use the subject “Delete my Afterform account” and state that you want the account and its associated data permanently deleted. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What deletion removes

• Your Afterform account and authentication identity
• Projects, source assets, reusable records, and generated media
• Preferences, usage records, and active subscription access

Account deletion is irreversible. Limited records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, financial reporting, or other legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
